The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Katsina State Council, extends its heartfelt condolences to Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda and his family on the passing of his beloved mother, Hajiya Safara’u.

Her demise is a profound loss, not only to her immediate family but to the entire people of Katsina State. Hajiya Safara’u was a matriarch whose kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support for the community will be deeply missed. Her legacy of compassion and contributions to the development of the state will continue to inspire generations to come.

On behalf of all journalists in Katsina State, we pray to Almighty Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Aljannatul Firdausi. We also encourage our members and the people of Katsina State to keep her in their prayers, especially in this sacred month of Ramadan.
