Ko kunsan a kowace safiya idan zaku fara karin safe shan shayi yana da matukar muhimmanci kuma yana taimakawa Lafiya sosai ta waɗannan hanyoyin da suka haɗa da;
1. Ruwan zafi yana buɗe uwar hanji ya shiryata domin karɓan abincin da zaka ci. Sannan Ruwan zafi yana taimakawa wajen narkar da abincin da aka ci.
2. Fitar da duk wani dattin ciki, wanda a cikin dare kafin mutum ya tashi daga bacci, jikinsa yana saita kanshi ana ware duk wani abinda jikinka baya buƙata ko abinda zai iya kasancewa illa ga lafiya.
•Shan Ruwan Zafi da safe yana wanke irin wannan dattin sannan ya tsaftace cikinka daga waɗannan ababen da aka fitar.
3. Shan shayi da safe kuma yana taimaka maka wajen gudanar da Jini a sassan jikin ka cikin sauƙi. Hakan na faruwa ne idan jijiyoyin da suke yawo da jini zuwa ɓangarorin jiki suka buɗe sanadiyyar wannan ruwan zafin da kuka sha zai sanya jini ya gudana cikin sauƙi kuma hakan yana taimakawa Lafiyar zuciya yayin da take aikinta na tura jini zuwa sassan jiki.
4. Shan Ruwan zafi kullum da safe yana daya daga cikin abinda ke taimakawa wajen rage ƙiba.
5. Idan kana Yin bayan Gida mai ƙarfi; shima shan ruwan zafi na taimakawa wajen narkar da shi ya fito ba tareda an sha wahala bah.
•Ku sha ruwan zafi kullum da safe yana taimakawa Lafiya Sosai. Gobe ka fara da shan Ruwan zafi jikinka zai Gode maka, sannan za mu yi maka maraba da shiga ƙungiyar mu ta ƴan “Tea First in the Morning”
