Governor Radda Receives INEC Nomination Forms, Calls for APC Unity Ahead of 2027 General Elections.
Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, alongside the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial and House of Representatives candidates, has officially received the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) nomination forms ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
The nomination forms were presented at the Government House in Katsina by the Chairman of the APC in Katsina State, Dr. Bishir Gambo Saulawa, in a ceremony attended by senior government officials, party executives, and other prominent APC stakeholders.
Speaking during the presentation, Governor Radda described the exercise as another important milestone in the party’s preparations for the 2027 elections.
He urged all APC candidates and supporters to remain united, committed, and focused on the collective goal of securing victory at the polls.
The Governor stressed that unity within the party remains the foundation for electoral success, calling on party leaders at all levels to work closely with one another and avoid actions capable of creating division within the APC.
He also emphasized the need for sustained grassroots mobilisation and public enlightenment, urging candidates and party faithful to intensify engagement with communities across the state while highlighting the achievements and development programmes of the APC-led administration.
Governor Radda noted that continuous interaction with the people would further strengthen public confidence in the party and ensure that voters remain well-informed about its policies and vision for the future.
The event was attended by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir; APC National Legal Adviser, Barr. Murtala Kankia; APC Deputy State Chairman, Alhaji Baba Abu Musawa; members of the Katsina State Executive Council, members of the APC State Executive Committee, and other party stalwarts.
The gathering reaffirmed the party’s commitment to internal cohesion and strategic grassroots engagement as the APC intensifies preparations for the 2027 General Elections.
