Chairman Muhammed noted that President Buhari’s commitment to national development, security, and anti-corruption reforms was evident throughout his time in office, both as a military and civilian leader.
“His unwavering belief in education as a tool for national growth, as reflected in his policies and advocacy for educational advancement across the country, will remain a lasting legacy in the hearts and minds of Nigerians,” stated Abubakar Abbati Muhammed.
