The newly appointed National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Barrister Murtala Aliyu Kankia, has pledged to prioritize the unity of party members at all levels to ensure the continued progress and success of the party.
Barrister Kankia made this known during an interview with Newsmen in katsina.
He noted that his appointment is a call to service, not just for his state but for the entire northern region, and promised to work tirelessly to foster harmony among party members.
He attributed his appointment to the leadership, commitment, and contributions of Governor Dikko Umaru Radda and assured that he would justify the confidence reposed in him by bringing honor and good representation to Katsina State.
Barrister Kankia further pledged his full support for the Governor Radda-led administration, emphasizing his determination to contribute to the success of the party both in the state and nationwide.
“I am calling on all party members to support me in carrying out my responsibilities effectively,” he stated.
Meanwhile, an APC stakeholder in Kankia, Malam Muhammad Sani Ado Kankia, described Barrister Kankia’s appointment as well-deserved and a great opportunity for both Kankia Local Government and Katsina State in general.
Malam Ado noted that the appointment is a reflection of Barrister Kankia’s dedication and long-standing political struggles in service to the party.
